Cvikni nudges you to do quick micro-workouts during sedentary work — it prompts you with a short exercise, logs it, and tracks your daily summary.

Check notification permission in iOS Settings → Cvikni → Notifications, and in-app Settings → Notifications → "Reminders" on. Also review "Quiet hours" and "Weekends".

On the main screen, "Exercises in rotation" lets you pick the pool the app draws from. Default reps per exercise can be tweaked in "Pick exercises".
Settings → Health → "Write to Health" and grant access. A daily workout summary is written.
Say e.g. "Log push-ups in Cvikni". For a reliable phrase, create your own shortcut from the "Log a workout" action in the Shortcuts app and give it any phrase you like.
